What we collect

From the pursuit inquiry form: your name, work email address, organization, an optional pursuit stage, optional support area, optional submission deadline, your description of the pursuit, and any documents you choose to attach.

Basic technical data is also handled when you submit the form, including your network (IP) address, so that we can apply rate limits and prevent automated abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether an engagement is a good fit, and discuss scope, timing and next steps with you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Your inquiry is stored in our private application database. Attached documents are stored in private file storage that is not publicly listed. A notification is emailed to our team at rfp@duestar.com; that email contains time-limited links to the files rather than the files themselves. Those links are unguessable but are usable by anyone who holds them until they expire, so please treat them as confidential. We use standard service providers to run this website, its database, its file storage and its email delivery.

What not to send

Upload public solicitation documents only. Do not include classified, controlled, or sensitive personal information in the form or in attachments.
